When will my order be processed?

Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products sold by Nova 9 Peptides are for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. COAs are available for applicable products and can be accessed on our Certificates (COA) page or directly on product pages when provided.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in licensed pharmaceutical facilities in the USA and undergo strict quality testing.
04. RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
